Wedding Quilt finite!

A lovely surprise for me this weekend, my wedding quilt is quilted and bound.  My fantastic mother-in-law did machine quilting in the ditch (along all the lines of the fabric) and then Grammy hand quilted seashells along the edges and in the orange squares.  Here is is on our queen sized bed:

This is the hand embroidery in designed and stitched for the center.  The words are our vows (which I only remember because it was in an email).  You can click on the pictures to see them bigger.

Close up of one of the shells:

We love all of the things people wrote on our quilt, but this was is pretty funny, in the green triangle:

(we love you guys all the best. We are really enjoying ourselves to we are signing twice. Keith and Kathy)

Now I'm not sure what to do with it.  It is "lap" size, which means it's about 5' by 5'.  It will most likely live on our couch and serve as our tv blanket to cuddle with.  But I love having it on our bed right now all spread out to look at.
